The Company conducts ongoing dialogue with the Shareholders and investors. The Board is committed to providing clear and updated information on performance of the Company and its subsidiaries to all Shareholders, through the publication of announcements, notices, circulars, interim and annual reports, which are also made accessible on the Company’s website. The Company also provides other information and services for the Shareholders on its website for the purpose of keeping direct communication with the Shareholders and investors. The Company’s website provides the Shareholders and other stakeholders with information on the Company’s corporate governance structure, system and policies, including Corporate Governance Statement of Policy and terms of reference of Board Committees.
The annual general meeting not only deals with the regular business of the Company but also acts as a forum for Directors’ dialogue with the Shareholders whereby the Shareholders may ask questions on the Company’s operations or related financial information. The Directors and the chairmen of the Board Committees or other members of committees will attend the annual general meeting and answer questions.
